As of 9 October 2025, Ukraine’s corn harvest reached 0.64 MHA or 15% of the total sown area, producing 3.45 MMT with an average yield of 5.41 MT/HA, according to AgMin data compiled by ASAP Agri.

This marks a modest +5.6 percentage point weekly advance, as rains across western, northern, and parts of central regions slowed fieldwork. The pace remains well behind last year, when by the same date 48% of the crop area had been harvested, totaling 10.56 MMT — nearly three times more than the current volume.

By region, Poltava (748 KMT), Chernihiv (676 KMT), and Sumy (569 KMT) lead in harvested volumes. The slowest progress is reported in western and central oblasts, where wet soils and late maturity continue to restrict field access.
