Ukrainian corn export offers continue to climb, with selling ideas reaching 256–259 USD/MT CIF Marmara for April–May handysize shipments as of 15 April, up from 255 USD/MT a week earlier.

However, most Turkish buyers remain cautious, showing limited willingness to pay above 251 USD/MT.

This firmness is also reflected in Turkey’s domestic market. Corn prices on the Konya Commodity Exchange rose to 288 USD/MT on Friday, 11 April, compared with 283 USD/MT on 4 April.

Meanwhile, Turkey’s Ministry of Trade reported that just under half of the country’s 2025 corn import quota remains unused. Of the 1 MMT allocated, around 480 KMT were still available as of mid-April.
