On 29 Jan, Tunisia's state grain buyer (ODC) secured 100 KMT of soft wheat and 100 KMT of durum wheat in its latest tenders, both purchased at higher prices compared to the previous tender on 19 Dec.

The lowest purchase price for soft wheat was 260.77 USD/MT C&F, awarded to Buildcom. This marks an increase from the 19 Dec tender, where purchase prices ranged between 256.39 USD/MT and 257.77 USD/MT. Other purchase prices varied between 261.17-263.55 USD/MT.

For durum wheat, the lowest purchase price was reported at 340.28 USD/MT C&F awarded to Viterra. This also represents a slight increase from the previous tender, where purchase prices ranged from 339.49 USD/MT to 340.69 USD/MT. Other purchases were made at 349.89-359.29 USD/MT.

Both soft and durum wheat are scheduled for shipment between 5 Mar and 10 Apr.
